What can my leader and team see?

Understanding sharing and privacy

leep is a team intelligence tool, not a survey, so responses are always visible to your Leader, and anonymised and aggregated for everyone else. Why? A Leader can only unblock what they can actually see, and only acknowledge the person who told them. Beyond the leader, responses are anonymised and aggregated into Signals, so named detail never travels further than the person who can act on it.

What can leaders see?

  • Aggregated themes based on responses from across the team

    • e.g. 4 other people raised customer onboarding as an opportunity this month

  • Verbatim responses from team members

    • e.g. Alex raised customer onboarding as a retention lever for mid-market accounts last week

What can individual team members see?

  • Their own aggregated themes

    • e.g. You raised customer onboarding as an opportunity twice in the last month

  • Anonymous, aggregated themes based from others in their team

    • e.g. 4 other people raised customer onboarding as an opportunity this month

What can other people a team see?

  • Anonymous, aggregated themes based on the team's responses

    • e.g. 4 other people raised customer onboarding as an opportunity this month
