All responses from team members are attributed and visible to their leader. There is no option for team mates to share anonymous responses.
Leaders can see which team members have responded by clicking on a Signal. Signals come with attributions so that you can see which team members have contributed to it. You can also click on a Signal to read the verbatim response from your team member.
You can also see individual engagement themes when you head to team member's profile on the Team page. You can view signals by team member, themes, engagement over time, as well as 1:1 prep.
