When do leep questions go out to my team?

What time does my team receive leep questions?

leep picks a personalised time between 8.30am and 11.30am on weekdays based on the timezone of your team member. leep will only send one question per person, per day. For low frequency topics where updates might happen less frequently (e.g. competitor changes, strategy), leep will ask questions less frequently so that your team don’t become fatigued by repeat questions.

Your team can answer whenever it suits them, whether that's straight away, or later that day or week. Nothing happens if they skip a day, or take a while to get back to it.

What if a team member wants to receive leeps less frequently, or is going on leave?

Your team can manage notification frequency, and pause leeps by clicking on the Manage Notifications button at the bottom of every leep email, Slack or Microsoft teams message. If a team member wants to permanently stop receiving leeps, they need to contact you directly, and you can remove them from the team.

What if someone changes teams or leaves my company?

If someone has moved to a new team that you manage, you can assign them to a new team in leep app.

If someone leaves a team you manage, or leaves your company entirely and no longer needs to receive leeps, you can archive their account.

When someone leaves your team, the information they shared with leep stays in your Team Memory, and will be accessible to you via the Ask page, even once that person has been removed from leep.

What happens if someone new joins my team?

Add them in your team settings on the leep app, and they will receive an invite to onboard them into leep. A new team member will start receiving questions on the next send if there is already a leep set up for the team they belong to, and they will be able to see aggregated themes from then on.
